Senior Advisor

Patricio is a public accountant and political scientist with over 12 years’ experience in financial management, audits and public policy.

In the public sector, he was Director of Analysis in the President’s advising body, being in charge of monitoring and analysing national and global indicators related to the infrastructure, tourism, agriculture, labour, financial, and fiscal sectors that would factor in the Executive’s decision making.

In the private sector, he has advised the Federal Government on high priority projects and has accumulated experience auditing and managing small, medium and large enterprises from the industrial and automotive sectors, amongst others, in Mexico.

He studied public accounting at the Autonomous University of Yucatan and earned a Master’s degree in Administration and Public Policy from the Center of Economic Research and Teaching (CIDE).
