Alicia is an economist and business manager with over 12 years of experience in the development of infrastructure projects, public policy, and economic and social analysis.
In the Mexican public sector, she has notable experience operating the National Infrastructure Fund at the National Works and Public Services Bank (BANOBRAS). Additionally, she participated in the monitoring of the first Development Capital Certificates (CKD) related to infrastructure, energy, and logistical platforms. She was a member of the National Council for the Evaluation of Social Development Policy (CONEVAL) and Director General of Analysis in the advising body for the Federal Executive Branch.
In the private sector, she worked at HSBC Mexico’s commercial banking division, and she advises Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) on personal finances and business strategy.
She studied Economics at the Americas University, Puebla (UDLAP) and earned an MBA with a double degree from the UDLAP and the Montpellier Business School in France.
